This is the way my first Dell 8400 started out, trouble right out of
the gate. Once you go past the 21 days, you are stuck with it, so if
you think that there is a probability that they can't fix it, don't
hesitate, send it back. They will try to stall you off past the 21
days and then tell you , you can't return it. Keep that in mind.
