We just replaced our TV with an 8k Samsung and it's attached to a gaming PC with an nvidia 1080ti video card.
The Samsung shows in display settings as "Samsung" and when I use the Windows -> Settings to adjust the resolution it only lists up to 4k (3840x2160) and so I went to nvidia control panel and tried create an custom resolution of 8k (7680x4320) and it failed the test as unsupported.
Any ideas what it woold take to get it working at 8K?
I ahve Samsung 8K QLED and it connected via this HDMI to the PC: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KNR8DP3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Windows 10 Pro 1903
Thanks!
