I'm going to be building a new PC. I need to be able to stream games to twitch.tv, and game on good settings.
Probably wont be overclocking the CPU very much, but still want to keep everything running cool and quiet.

Everything must be purchased from newegg. Any ideas guys?

If you're willing to spend $200 on an FX-8350, which has advantages in non-gaming applications, there's no reason you shouldn't spend another $20 on an i5-3570k.

If you feel it's too much, get rid of the SSD to save $90 but SSD's are great for fantastic boot up times if you install your OS on them. The GTX 760 is amazing for gaming, and paired with an i5-3570k you never have to worry about bottlenecking.

The i5 is better than the 8350 in almost every aspect.

You may have a point there. I'm looking at the following video for the 8350 vs the i5 3570k for gaming while streaming:

But I guess it depends since XSplit may just be optimized for more cores. Perhaps it depends on the streaming program but overall it looks like the FX-8350 wins there.
