New 970 pro Gaming Aura motherboard Not going into Bios or booting

Got my new motherboard today, fitted it with all my hardware. All my fans are spinning, gtx1060 is on abd non off the motherboards error leds have appears on turn on. All motherboard rgbs come on etc. Still no post. Got a new 650w corsair power supply aswell. Swapped cpus over in the board and still no booting. Tried other ram, still don't work. It's a AM3+ board. Please help as I need it sorted today for a college video project.

Are you using a monitor, or tv?
What video cable?
