New Acer laptop's screen looks strange.

Hello, I just bought an Acer Aspire E15 E5-576-392H and the screen or panel on it looks as if it has a coating or something, making it kinda blurry. I don't know if this is normal and I'm unable to show it on a photograph.

I tried cleaning it with a cloth and some Windex, but still nothing. It's specially noticeable on whites, of course, but it's clearly the panel and not some display configuration.

Anybody knows if this is normal or fixable? Do I have to change the panel?

I am not aware of any known problems such as this one, so I presume it only happens to very few people. There shouldn't be a way to possibly change this via the display configurations and to be extremely honest, it isn't worth the hassle you will go through just to replace it. If it doesn't prevent you from doing something and it is just a mild inconvenience then I wouldn't even bother, but if it is a problem to you then you should be able to change it.
