New administrative account i vista home basic.

I need to make a new administrative account on my computer because one of my relatives erased my file account from the computer and also erased all of my restore points so that now the only account that can be logged into is his user account. Is there any way to fix this? I do not have an install dvd as it did not come with my computer when I bought it.

If you don't know his password on the computer, you can download a program called KonBoot to get back into the system. Burn the KonBoot disk, restart your computer and boot from the newly burned disk. The Konboot splashscreen will appear, and then Windows will load. When you go to enter your relative's account, type in anything you want as the password, and KonBoot will let you in.

You won't be able to change the password on your relative's account, but you will be able to create a new administrative account for yourself.
