[SOLVED] New AMD driver update crashes games

So I downloaded the new Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.2 for my RX 5700 XT and it crashes my games constantly. Every time I launch a game (new or old) it'll end up having a black screen . I have control of the mouse cursor ,but no game just sound. I press alt ,control and delete to bring up task manager and this crashes the whole computer making me have to manually reset my computer. Big reason I went ahead with the update was my gaming monitor would flicker on and off during games which makes me have to unplug and re plug the display port cord to eliminate the problem. The new update eliminates this problem ,but brings the new game crashing problem. I did update my BIOS ,but that didn't help at all with the game crashing problem . I also checked Event Viewer to see what the problem was ,but it shows no details. I had to go back to the previous version of my graphics card driver. Any ideas what's causing this? Any of you guys having this problem?

Try putting everything on standard/default in Adrenalin. No anti lag, no sync etc. It worked for me. Everything manual back to auto too. If that works try 1 change at a time to see what works.
