Question New AMD drivers/software doesn't automatically select HDMI audio output

I recently upgraded from an old Sapphire 6970 to MSI Gaming 5600 XT. With the old setup whenever I would switch my TV to PC HDMI to clone what's on my PC monitor, the audio would automatically switch to my TV's speakers. Now with the new GPU and drivers, I have to manually choose my TV in the speakers settings on my PC. Is this an issue with AMD's new drivers/adrenaline software? I have gone through all audio related settings and cannot figure this out.
