Strangely, Asus' newest BIOS updates are still on AGESA 1.1.7.0, meaning the board maker has not updated to any recent AGESA updates, including the older AGESA 1.1.8.0 update and AGESA 1.2.0.0.

ASUS has actually rolled out the AMD AGESA 1.2.0.0 BIOS update for its X670E & B650 motherboards.

Below you can find the respective BIOS for X670E, B650E, and B650 motherboards under the ROG, ROG STRIX, and PROART series.

Although the BIOS is in beta state, and the official ASUS webpage still needs an updating, this version still works flawlessly. More updates and support for other board models are coming soon.

I would suggest waiting until official releases, I have found beta bios releases to be buggy at best, and often broken badly at worst. Also, why wouldn't these be available from Asus yet, they often provide updates even in the beta state?

AGESA 1.1.7.0 and 1.2.0.0a. have a bug. I have Gigabyte B650 S2H with Ryzen 7600x and CPU can not go full load with BIOS ver. F31a, it is stuck at max 75 watts. Already reported to Gigabyte support with answer - "After confirmed with related department, new BIOS version F31a has improved temperature and enhanced Cinebench value."

But those 75 watts is under all applications and games. Last working bios is ver. F30 with AGESA 1.1.7.0. for now.

BETA BIOS versions are usually known to have issues though.
