[SOLVED] New amd stuff is out.. so whats the best build

So I've been waiting for all the new AMD stuff to drop, and now that its out what's the best PC build for it right now?
My budget is max $2,000

While a 2080 Ti would be better for gaming. It would require too many compromises to stuff it into the budget. This would make an all around powerful computer for gaming and pro tasks.

Perhaps hold off on the GPU until later this month when the RTX 2080 Super is released.

You're welcome. I've always preferred a balanced system. Other's will sacrifice everything just to get one really fast part (usually the GPU for gaming). Without taking the useful life of the System into consideration. Something like the above will probably last two or three GPU replacements. Since a premium GPU becomes obsolete more rapidly than other premium components.
