new amd64 system

im helping my friend build a new pc
and this is what we have come up with so far.

Abit AV8 3RD Eye (Socket 939)
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Winchester 90nm (Socket 939)
1 gig pc3200 Crucial
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 160GB ATA-133 8MB Cache
HIS ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB DDR IceQ

does this sound ok or should I wait for Nforce4 eventhough
we dont want pci-e or dual 3d cards.
