New and First Build not Working

I have everything connected in computer case; am facing issues with BIOS not coming up on monitor.

What seems to work with my psu(Corsair CX series CX750 750watt): 2 fans in the case & leds, cd drive, leds & heatsink on mobo(MSI-B250M Pro-VD Mirco ATX LGA 1151).

The graphics card(EVGA GeForce 1060 SC 3gb) is in, but the fan on it only attempts to run.

When I plug the monitor into either the mobo or graphics card it fails to bring image. As of now I believe the mobo may be faulty.

List system specs in a vertical list, not as a sentence.
It's vital you include motherboard & CPU so somebody here can check that the board supports the CPU.
(you've missed out the CPU in your opening post).
