New ASrock z370 Taichi build. Dr Debug 00 16 4c. No display

Just put together a new computer. I've built about 5 in the past, no issues. Now that I've spent the most money on one, of course I'm having issues!

I've rebuilt this thing from scratch twice now. Everything is plugged in where it needs to be. The fans all run, the RGB on the mobo/pumps/gpu/RAM light up. But I get no display and a bunch of random Dr. Debug errors.

When I take out my second ram stick, I get an A2 Dr. Debug error. I've tried without any SATA's connected, still no luck. With the second ram stick in, I get Dr. Debug cycling from 00 16 4c over and over.

I've removed CMOS. Reset CMOS. Same errors. Nothing shows up on my monitor, not even BOOT. Just no display, integrated mobo graphics or GPU.

I'm stumped.

Try removing the CPU and posting a picture of the CPU socket.
