I have rmaed my Asus Maximus Vii ranger Z97 mb and now after a few days with a completely new mb i get with my 2x asus gtx 680 dcu 2 4gb black screen, buzz sound in my speakers and the fans on my gpu's are spinning at high rpm for a few sec and my system reboots when theres load on my gpus (when i try to play a game)

I have a high end power psu, 8gb trident x ram i never had problems with, the same with my gpu's

Do again have to rma my mb?

Is the asus maximus vii ranger z97 mb a card with alot of problems or am i just unlucky?

Nothing changed besides a new mb, i only have to change multiplier to 4.5 vcore to 1.200 volt and disable power saving settings (like speedstep) that's it, other setting is only for boot up screen or some minor settings that has nothing to do with gaming performance.

Bios is 2012 i had a new one i had heard some had problems with so i tried 2012 instad 2032 or 2034 that i had on my old mb i rmad i nor gone from asus website so that might have problems with that bios

smorizio My psu is a new evga supernova 1000watt p2 i never had problems with it and i have used it when i was gaming (i have gamed since i got my evga psu so i know i can handle 2x gtx 680)

I have changed it so my psu is getting air from the bottom where i have a dust filter instead of having the fan close to the bottom gpu, i do how ever use it in semipassive mode so my fan is not spinning

Have updated my first reply (if you don't want to read my first reply again, i have a evga supernova 1000 p2)

Have tried withy on gpu and it worked fine no black screen, my psu shouldn't have any power isues, i mean it's a 1000watt psu max load before it shut down might be up to 1400-1500 watt and my pc is only using about 500-600watt with everything on max load, i bought a 1000watt psu so i know i can buy another gpu and have enough power
