Question new Asus swift pg27vq broken?

So I just got an asus swift pg27vq and the screen looks weird to me im coming from an msi 24inch this new screen just looks like its glowing and has like a plasma look to it it jsut seems wrong to me i dont know if its defective or not i set the resolutions properly i tried different display cables but this screen glow just looks like it has a protective film on it when there isnt one on it, i got it off amazon so i can return it i just dont know if its broken or not plz halp

Was you old Monitor a TN ? Funny you mention this because i noticed the same things on my new Acer Predator X34 P ISP panal. Are there any dead pixels? Are games running ok ?

my previous was a TN panel they both are TN Ive also noticed when I click the mouse to make a windows outline on desktop the screen gets brighter even in areas I didn't highlight when im resizing the windows box but games look perfectly fine on it I just have till aprl 24th to figure out if I need to exchange it or not but no dead pixels its just this weird fuzzy kinda glow like I should be wearing 3d glasses or something

Play with settings or watch a you tube video of someone who has the monitor
