Hey! I have this pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jn9PRk for gaming but i dont use it for that anymore, so i want to use it to mine eth at nanopool. Wich settings would be good with my gpu? Also can i mine with my cpu? Thanks!

Generally you dont want to OC a card used for sustained mining, the card is under substantial load and the OC will typically cause cards to overheat and suffer premature deaths.
Additionally, you normally dont gain anything from the processor.
