[SOLVED] New B365 Motherboard

Good day, I would like to ask your opinion on what board should i get for my i5-8600 since my h310 seems to bite the dust. I am not upgrading just replacing my old board.
Here are my options:

Asus Prime B365M-A $103.90
MSI Mag B365M Mortar $101.93
Asus TUF B365m Plus $107.82
Gigabyte B365m Aorus Elite $113.71

There is also someone selling a used B360-F ROG Strix used for about a year @ $ 117.73.
Prices in my country is a bit expensive compared to the U.S.

Not planning to upgrade anytime soon, gonna use this system til it is so obsolete.

I'd pick the Asus TUF board if you're looking for a better (analog)audio solution down the road.
