New backpannel for case

Hi I have recently brought a new pc and the case which came with it(CiT Xecutioner Mesh Gaming Case) has a back panel which the hdmi port is blocked so you cant put hdmi in,so do you know where to buy a new backpannel or vga to hdmi adpter or something

Well, if it's a prebuilt and it has no HDMI, there's no way to add one on without adding a video card...

The port is blocked? Are we talking about an HDMI port on the motherboard, or on the graphics card? If it's the motherboard, it could just be a badly aligned I/O panel shield; I've seen that block access to USB ports before (it was as if the motherboard was mounted 1 or 2mm too low for the holes in the shield) .

Does the shield completely block it (as in you can't see that there's a port at all), or does is partially block it (there's a hole in the shield through which you can see the port, but when you try to plug an HDMI lead in, it just doesn't seem to want to go in)?

If it's only partially blocked then it can likely be fixed or modded to work (as I said before, I've had partially blocked USB ports in the past). Without a picture though, it's going to be very difficult to offer much concise help.

Please tell us that you installed the motherboard standoffs when you put it together.

Any way you can try adjusting the positioning of the card? If not, maybe you can just sand down that part of the case to allow the extra 1mm of clearance you need.

would I sand it down with sand paper(noob)

I would try repositioning the card first. Unscrew the screws hold the card to the case and try shimmying it around to get the clearance.
