Question New battery starts to power up and then dies

I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop that suddenly wouldn't work without being plugged in. The battery icon showed 100% power. Tried a few changes to power settings but nothing worked. Replaced the battery. Now when I start it I can hear the fan start and the keyboard light up but then it dies. Never gets to a load screen. Works fine when plugged in.

Where did you get the replacement battery?

On Amazon. The company is Syfrufo. You think it might be a bad battery? Why would it show 100% charge?
