new bios problem accuring

Hey guys lately when i shut off my pc and unplug it to upgrade a new component or just to clean it every now and then i have this really annoying problem happen and it didnt really bother me at first till i realized EVERY TIME i get this error it resets all my bios settings. The thing is it dosn't tell me anything it just says error press... to recover your bios setting.... it's not a dead cmos bettery it would tell me that "and i've already tried buying a new one just for the lols"

Side note i noticed it will also give me this error every now and then after "I" alter something in the bios. whether it be I JUST oc my cpu the exact same way it's been before this problem even started "I know for a fact it stable it ran for 2 years that way not one problem till this poblem started happening now i can't do anything unless it's auto set by the pc "auto oc, auto core shut-off so instead of running all six cores only run 4, set fan speeds to max get to recover your bios setting press.... What IS GOING ON at first i didnt really care till i cant even control my fans REALLY. i even tried pulling the cmos battery and clearing the cmos but everytime i boot back into the bios it still says it has the latest bios so i can't even restet my bios and re update it.

How do you normally reset the BIOS? just remove the battery?

Try clearing using the jumper, if you cant find it refer to the manual

Sorry i was on the phone looking at your response when i accidentally hit the = to the thumbs down button. i will try that. right now though...

P.S. Side note WHY WHY WHY does the phone not have a reply button Really annoying that you can "Post an Answer" to a thread but can't reply to someone in a conversation on a thread.
