Question New board error code 27

Wont post error code 27
Board: MSI MEG X570 Unify
BIOS as shipped
VGA: Geforce gtx 1660,
PSU: evga 1000 watt g5
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x
MEM DDR4-3200
HDD/SSD: Samsung 870 EVO SSD \ x2 western digital black (8TB) usb boot disc
COOLER: be quiet! Dark Rock 4
I have replaced the Dimm4s; the video card used the memory in all possible combinations and solo with two brands. DA. This is the second motherboard. All the components are new. I am not. I have used all the drives separately as main drives. Cmos battery has been pulled and replaced. Bios restore was jumpered. The cpu has not been replaced. Any ideas?

what does MSI state that this error code represents?

code 27 is some oem code (in bios) is executing
its not error code, but checkpoint code
which means your system is not stable as it gets stuck there (fails to load something from bios image)
can be faulty CPU or RAM or corrupted bios

if your another mainboard said same thing, than i supose your CPU might need replacement

The other motherboard just displayed a boot led. It was from another manufacturer and did not have lcd codes. I have since reseated the cpu. I get the same error. Thanks for reply I'm leaning that way myself. ram replaced with 4 different stcks, bios jumpered back to original form. What else? two boards with bios issues?
