Computer starts up but there is no POST. All Cables and monitor fine. No picture on in built MOBO graphics

Hello

So a few months ago now my computer suddenly turned off while I was playing a game online. It was hot in my room so I thought it had automatically turned off to stop itself overheating. So I left the computer turned it off and the next day to my horror it was turning on and off very quickly booting up again. I tried to troubleshoot the problem but I couldnt tell. So I took it to a computer shop who told me the MOBO was fried and had scorch marks on it (which I couldnt see). So I changed the motherboard and the computer now starts up running, however there is no picture or POST. There is also two beeps one smaller beep and a louder one. The HDMI cable works and so is the TV but there is no picture coming to it from the onboard graphics in the MOBO either. I was going to give it to another PC repair shop because I have no idea but because of lockdown im postig here.

Thanks

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

With all things being said and done, considering that this is a thread of troubleshooting nature, you forgot to include the specs to your build. Please parse on the specs to your build in full and include the make and model of your PSU alongside it's age.

Please make sure to include the old and new motherboard's make and model.

Sorry.

I built it six years ago, it has:

Intel Core i7 4790k
ROG Maximus Hero VII
ZOTAC GTX 780 Ti AMP
Corsiar Vengeance DDR3 2 x 8 GB
EVGA Supernova 750 W G2

I replaced the Motherboard for a like for like swap. Just the same one
