[SOLVED] New Box - Start Up Question

Hello All -
I finished assembling the computer this morning.
My first boot up revealed I had misplaced the case leads (pwr button).
Fixed that. Rebooted.

The board is getting power - cpu fan whirring.
But the monitor connected via hdmi displays no activity.
(I swapped monitor cables - same thing).
I haven't assembled a box in about 8 years.
So, I'm not sure these small boards even 'sound' a POST beep.

So I guess my question is why am I not seeing the UEFI screen?

All thoughts appreciated.

Excellent Link.

I had missed a couple of things.
I wasn't aware (or forgot) that the mb had two power cables from PSU supplying it power etc.
Had to buy a mobo speaker. Something I didn't think to order.

It's my first time with Mini-ITX and Asrock. So far so good.
I love the case.

Now I need to figure out what OS to load. I am thinking Debian Buster.
