I had a rash of BSOD's last year that sometimes traced back to my sound card drivers (Asus Xonar DG). I later removed the card and switched to Realtek onboard audio. My BSOD's nearly went away but recently I've been getting them much more frequently. Dump files and WhoCrashed output are in the link below:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Question from Synkro : "BSOD's Returning After Sound Card Removal"

I had a rash of BSOD's that were partly related to my Asus Xonar DG drivers. I later removed the sound card and most of the BSOD's went away. In the past month or so I have had significantly more BSOD's unfortunately. They seem to be memory related errors. Crash dumps and WhoCrashed output are in this link:

Appreciate the help!

Dang, I was looking at something else and was thinking about video drivers. My bad. Sorry for the confusion.

bugcheck on 3/24 shows various problems with the windows build.

old 2012 bios should be update and motherboard driver should be installed from the motherboard vendors website.
this should also get a updated motherboard sound driver but if not you should go here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

-running windows generic USB3 drivers
system seems to be having sleep problems- BIOS update might fix that.

not sure why you have wdcsam64.sys installed
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=wdcsam64.sys

old driver installed:
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nuviocir_x64.sys Thu Jul 11 02:56:58 2013

I would remove or update:
Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\ISCTD64.sys Tue Nov 27 11:52:34 2012
from the intel website (it is discontinued but there is a update)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=ISCTD64.sys

remove cFosSpeed - The Internet Accelerator
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\cfosspeed6.sys Wed Sep 9 03:07:42 2015
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=cfosspeed6.sys

looks like your windows defender updates are being blocked.
looks like a few of your key windows files have been modified.
you should start cmd.exe as an admin then run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
to attempt to fix them.

your windows build updates are not being applied, your build is old and you need to not block updates.

since the bugcheck indicated a bad memory address used, you would also want to update the bios to get updated memory timings then boot and run memtest86 to confirm your memory timings setting in bios are correct.
