New budget android phone.

Hello everyone my old nexus 5 has seen some rough days and recently after a small drop the touch screen became unresponsive.

So I am now looking for a new Android phone my budget is 400$ (500) max.

I only have a couple requirements
Nothing over 5.5 inches
Large battery capacity
Half decent front and back cameras
Support android 6.0.1 or higher
Unlocked.

... oh and a headphone jack.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated it would have to be purchasable in Canada.

I have a OnePlus 2 and I love it. The OnePlus 3 was pretty well reviewed so I'd recommend that. If you can squeeze out the extra cash the OnePlus 3T just came out and is incrementally better than the original 3.
