New Budget Build ($900)

Hi guys! Hey, I've got this build I've been looking at for a few days and I'm really liking the price. ($700)
I need some input on this build, My budget is about $900 - $1000, So I've got a bit of room for really whatever.
I'm lookin into gaming, photoshop and more, and the PII 720 is lookin pretty nice.

Overclocking is a want, so if there is something that stands out that would prevent me from over clocking, then please let me know.
Crossfire isn't a need, but it'd be nice I suppose.
I don't have a heat sink of any kind, because I don't know whats good and whats not.

So guys, show me what you're made of.

Pick up a sata optical drive. Get vista home premium 64bit, that should fit your budget I think. If you can afford more, then get the Saphire 4850x2 2gb
