New budget build advice

So my budget is $400 And might be able to go over a little bit to like 450 or so. Im replacing my 2 year old asus desktop because its starting to get a bit outdated. I will be keeping my optical drive, Hard drive (1 TB) And would be able to live with my gpu but i would like to replace it. So i need a nice case, Mobo (I would like to stay away from mini boards and mini towers) PSU And Processor (Maybe a GPU and cpu cooler too.)
