New Budget Build and Black Friday

So Black Friday isn't very close but I'd like to get a sense of what parts I have to look for. I'm camping out this year, so I'm expected to be in first 10 people of the line for any deals they might have.

I AM PURCHASING THE PARTS AT COMPUSA LOCALLY, NOT ONLINE.

Here's the build I was planning on (I already have a mouse, keyboard, and monitor):

This was obviously taken from the Budget PC sticky thread, but I was wondering since it's Black Friday AND the fact that I'm buying all my parts locally, there might be a shift in price. I was hoping that because of the circumstance that I'd have some extra money left over to possibly upgrade.

If you could please suggest some alternate parts in case they don't carry the ones I'm looking for, OR if I have some extra cash I know what I'd like to upgrade.

This is for Gaming/Video Editing. It's my 1st build and my budget is $500. I might even be able to get a copy of Windows 7 Student Edition, (which is cheaper than regular) so that might be able to be worked into the price.

Let me tell you this right off the bat
Even though the GPU isnt too powerful
The CPU will bottleneck it right off the bat
Lastly just pirate windows 7 if you have an existing computer (I'm guessing you do because you just posted this)

I'm just guessing prices
if you dont want an intel go AMD just try to stay away from athalon and go phenom
of course you will a need a differnt mobo

I was thinking about that for Windows 7, but when my bro used it on his double-booted Mac, it took a while to boot. Seemed like a hassle, but then again it is 70 dollars saved.

Thanks, I'll probably upgrade my CPU if I can. And I'll definitely look into some other GPUs.
