Okay, first off I am looking for advice, criticism, thoughts, and feedback. Secondly this will be bought in the next month. No later than the middle of January. Thirdly, I am not looking for an extreme "imustmaxouteverythingbuild" I just want something that can run medium to high settings at smooth rates, and I'm willing to take hits to the AA, resolution, etc. So, that said, the guts of my post begin below.

Approx purchase date: I will be buying it, part by part, each paycheck, over the next month, to month and a half, looking to be done by middle/end of January.
Budget range: 400 to 600 USD. That is what I expect to at least spend, and what I will try to spend at most, no further.
System usage: Normal everyday stuff, gaming, art editing (photoshop, etc, nothing too intense), I might in the future do video editing but not too much, audio editing.
Are you buying a monitor: No, already own a 22" Flat Screen HP. 1650 x 1080 resolution.
Parts to upgrade: Not really upgrading, just a new build, I will be re-using parts.

Location: Jackson, MS, USA.
Parts preference: I've never used Intel, but I have nothing against them. Whatever the best performance/price ratio.
Overclocking: Yes in the future, but not immediately.
SLI/Crossfire: No.
Monitor resolution: 1650 x 1080 widescreen
Additional comments: I have looked at the prebuilt computers on newegg, and I just don't think I need everything that they have, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but comparing those, to the YouTube video builds I have below, I would think they are both comparable, but the ones on newegg don't meet my budget as well as the two builds in the videos. Also, I hate to say it, but I love aesthetics, and the look (like the case used in one of the builds below). I love modular PSU's and when I upgrade the one above, it will be modular. You can list a PSU suggestion, but don't include it in your budget/idea for my build please. Thank you.
Why I am upgrading: I only play WoW, Skyrim, Sims 3, Dragon Age, Mass Effect games at this moment, nothing too intensive, but my current system is falling behind at this point, lol.

I listed the PSU because while I will replace this with a Corsair model in the future, maybe within the next three months after this build, I still can use it now, as it is in good working order and is only 5 months old.
Another note is cooling, I have those fans, and the way my set-up is currently, is like below.

The |'s represent the walls of the cubby hole area that the tower is in. My current HP Mid-ATX tower has about 2 to 3 inches on both sides, free/open air front, and about 8 inches of free air in the back before it hits the wall. The desk is NOT all the way up against the wall, about 4 inches away, so there is an opening to the left and right in the rear. My current card, a VisionTek 5450 1G, stays at about 60-70c under a load, overclocked. I've ran it like this in MSI Kombustor for two hours without any blue screens or shut downs.
If I get a new HDD I do have access to a fresh copy of Windows 7 and 8 (free off of dreamspark because I'm a student)
