I will buy a laptop with this configuration:
I3 6006u
8gb ddr4 ram
256 gb ssd
Gt 940 mx
I want it mainly for Internet browsing and light e sports games ( cs go, over watch ) Can it play them at 1080p 60 fps or i will need 720 p to achieve 60 fps

I doubt that laptop will be able to do 720p 60fps on High settings in Overwatch but maybe if you try Low/Medium. The problem is that the GPU and CPU are both really underpowered and won't do much in terms of gaming.

It might be able to hit 60 fps @ 720p if you turn every setting down in Overwatch. CS:GO isn't very intensive so I expect that it will run well @ 720p, but that laptop probably won't handle 1080p gaming well, no matter what game you pick. As far as budget goes it's pretty good for general purposes.

So not even 1080p 30 fps on some more intensive games like gta. What are the minimum specs for what I'm asking ?

If I get the more expensive model with the i3 7100u would it make a difference ?
