New Budget Monitor

Hi I'm planning on getting a new monitor.
It's not gonna be a ground breaking one or anything like that since I'm 15 and low on budget.
The monitor i have in mind is this:-

I plan on getting a GTX 750Ti also when purchasing the monitor do u think the 750ti could run games on high on the monitor?
Also do the specs look good as I don't understand what they mean at all.

CM ELITE 311 + Default thermal master PSU
