New Budget PC Build

Solution
Your build is fine and will work as is.
Budgeting 2x the cost of the cpu for the graphics card is a good guideline for a balanced gamer.
You are good there.

You might find that a kaby lake I3-7100@3.9 for $3 more might be better if you want a I3.
Or, a G4620@3.7 still has 4 threads and costs less at $93.

The caveat here is that a H110 chipset motherboard needs a bios update to run kaby lake. Motherboards made after November should be updated already.
If not, one needs to borrow a 6th gen cpu to do the update.
A B250 motherboard will support kaby lake out of the box.

8gb of ram is about right.
The question for you is if you will ever want 16gb.
If that is the plan, consider that ram is sold in kits, and adding a second 1 x 8gb...
I think in general it looks like a fine build, just be aware that those 3GB will fall short in triple A titles soon. The AMD Rx 570 4GB costs the same and might last a little longer. Down the road, get another stick of 8Gb ram and an SSD, that will really boost your overall system experience.

If that is the plan, consider that ram is sold in kits, and adding a second 1 x 8gb stick is not guaranteed to work.

If you see no future need for more than 8gb, then a 2 x 4gb kit will be priced the same and operate in faster dual channel mode.

Lastly,
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games.
But, many things default to the "C" drive.
When a SSD nears full, it will lose performance and endurance.
240gb is the recommended minimum.

If you can go 240gb you may never need a hard drive.

You can defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.

Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.
