I play minecraft and I love to pvp but I can't get over 20 fps and I wanna play fps games but my graphics card is outdated and can't run battlefield 3
Here's what I picked out
PCPartPicker part list: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/fbvYmG

The western caviar is simply for price to replace my 64gb ssd since its not shown on PC part picker

I'm not sure if I should invest into 12gb
I would like to play minecraft on ultra settings and battlefield on ultra settings as well

Solution
No need for 12gb RAM, 8 is fine. I left in the WD as the place holder but upgraded to a much better GPU and better CPU cooler, also a better PSU, and same speed but cheaper RAM. The Case is a mid-tower so it's smaller but it has very good airflow and is one of the best budget cases on the market.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($124.95 @ Vuugo)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($31.86 @ DirectCanada)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($94.75 @ Vuugo)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($84.98 @ Newegg Canada)...
