Hey guys!

I currently have a pc that's ... (let's be real) a <Mod edit Language> but i can run pretty much most of the games at 1080p res at low.

And i'm planning to buy new parts for my pc since these are outdated and getting old (4 years in january) and i have lost a significant ammount of performance since 2 years ago.

I upgraded my gpu about 7 months now, i put in a ssd about 2 months and upgraded the case about 1 month for better airflow and cold temps.

Current specs:
CPU: AMD A8 7600
MOBO: ASUS A88XM-E
RAM: SOME CRUCIAL MODEL DDR3 1600 MHz
GPU: ROG STRIX GTX 1050 Ti
HDD: TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB
SSD: CRUCIAL MX500 250GB
CASE: NOX HUMMER ZERO WHITE
PSU: NOX URANO 5xx W

I'm planning to keep my case, gpu, and disks (both).

Talking about budget, the only thing i ask is a processor that costs at max 150€ for GAMING (only).

By the way im from Portugal and if you need help in some shops i have 3:
chip7.pt
globaldata.pt
pcdiga.com

Thanks for you help!

ok so i have 2 options for you.
First one is to stay AMD and move to the ryzen 5 1600af procesor. With 1600af you will need a new motherboard and new ram.
Here is the 1st option:https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sd8BYH
The second option is to buy an i7 3770k or i7 4790k and a overclockable mobo. The benefits of the second option are:
-it has the same performance as 1600af
-much cheaper
-you dont need to change ram
The questions i have for you how much ram do you have (capacity of those sticks)?
How much are you willing to spend if not going for i7 option
Tell me what you think

I believe thats a Micro-ATX case right?, then this is what I would do to keep the bugdet really low, yet getting a lot of CPU performance from that sweet R5 2600 (6 cores/12 threads).

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (€131.90 @ Globaldata)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M S2H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (€63.90 @ Globaldata)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (€79.90 @ Globaldata)
Total: €275.70

Alternative, you could go with an Intel Core i3 10100 + 2x8GB of DDR4 2666MHz + H110 or B460 MicroATX mobo of your choice. This should also give you a nice bump in CPU performance.

Cheers

These parts are all available at Global Data. Eventually you'll need a better GPU.

Hey!

I prefer the ryzen one. I know i will need a new board and ram but i think improving from ddr3 to ddr4 is good for me.

Thank you for your recomendation! Appreciate it!

Will it be 150€ for just the cpu or 150€ for everything? You will need, a new cpu, motherboard, ram, and a psu(that nox is borderline fire hazard).

cpu: ryzen 3 3100
motherboard: msi b450m pro-vdh max (your case is m-atx only)
ram: g.skill flare x 2x8gb 3200Mhz cl16
psu: seasonic core gc 500

Thanks for including websites, pcpartpicker sites tend to be scarce for portugal and other countries.
Hey bro!

Thank you for your recomendation and for putting a psu xD

Everyone forgot it, but thanks to everyone who's helping me!
