That should be everything but the case, monitor, and cpu fan. Dont see those being the problem. So let me know if i accidently went re re and got some parts that werent compatible or whatever. THanks

you should try reseating the graphics card, and make sure its aligned properly, also all those parts are compatible, but your psu seems very iffy man, 450 watts for 30$ you get what you pay for, and make sure you got the card in the right slot, and that its getting power from the pci power connector

Ok paying a little closer attention, when i connect the video cable to the card my monitors on light turns blue (like it should) then goes back to sleep mode. Its not the monitor cuz it works fine on this system.

I built my system 3 years ago and it has a 6 pin pci-e connector i believe. The card in the new system doesnt appear to have any connections besides the vga cable. Is this right?Seems like there should be some other connection but it doesnt appear so. This is driving me crazy.

I never said it wouldnt power on

When you forget to plug in the CPU power connector the system fans and hard drives spin, but nothing shows up on the screen. It's easily the #1 new builder mistake. Don't shoot down a post that's just trying to help. Did you even bother reading through the checklist?
