Recently built a new computer and everything seems to be running fine.

I noticed that the memory clock speed in the bios was set to DDR4-2133 instead of 3200 (which is what the memory I have is rated at). I changed the speed and it booted up with out any issue.

Rebooted and the fans went nuts and the CPU error light came on (didn't boot), turned it off waited a few minutes and turned it on again and it flashed the lights but eventually booted. I went into bios and clocked it down to 2400 but still having the same issue. Sometimes it boots and sometimes it just gives the red CPU error light.

Any thoughts on what's causing this?

CPU - Ryzen 7 3800x
Memory - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (DDR 3200)
Motherboard - ASUS ROG Strix B450-F

Seems to be fine. Idles around 50c (peaks at 55c)

When I leave the bios settings for the ram to "auto" it seems to work 100% of the time, but the memory clocks at 2166 I believe.
