Kid spilled a drink on my PC I built 2-3 years ago. It was an oc'd 965BE with 2 hd 5770's and 4tb raid array.

Long story short it shorted the MB so I found a deal at microcenter on a 3770k and bought it. It's running at 4.5 ghz with good ram. Also grabbed a 128 GB SSD. The spill shorted one of the hd5770's. I'm not sure if I should buy another one or replace with a better single card. Budget is 100-200$. I don't really game much anymore but I do use the PC a lot as a media players for a big HD TV. My computer monitor is 1080p as well.

Suggestions? Comments?

If its working fine and you dont game I dont see any reason to change.

I do game some and might game more with a couple games coming out soon I might play with. i do use photoshop but have yet to even op it yet since the rebuild. Spent a good bit of money and effort to make this system fast. Prefer this build to be above average for the next 2 years at least. I could have bought a new MB for like 50$ but felt after 3 years it was time to build a current machine.

Hi sorry for delay tom was having a site update :)
May I ask why you want to xfire when theres a better single card solution available (eg 7850/7870 GTX660 etc) ? Crossfire/SLI known to cause issues with some games.
And to ans yes you can use your prefered cards no problem as long xfire or sli is supported on the motherboard.

List some games you want to play, and do u want to play at ultra. According to me if u are into photoshop go with an amd card as they are better at these kinds of things.
If the games u list are not that heavy then stick with the single hd 5770 thats still working. If u want more power then go with a modern single gpu card like, hd 7850, one from sapphire or asus. If u want u can add another one in the future. Plus they are great at computem are gr8 overclockers and are more power efficient than the 5000 series.
