New build 900 dollars 3d rendering

hi, i am looking to build a new computer for working with a variety of demanding programs, such as auto cad and mainly autodesk 3ds max

Approximate Purchase Date: within a month

Budget Range: 900- 1100

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 3d rendering and autodesk program use, small amount of gaming

Parts Not Required: keyboard mouse, need suggestions for monitor

Preffered website: tiger direct

Country:canada

Parts Preferences: amd cpu

Overclocking: Yes (do i need a better cpu cooler,or is stock fine)

SLI or Crossfire: no,later

Monitor Resolution: dunno, any suggestions??

Ok, here's some parts that I think would be pretty good for a CAD build, based off you requests:

- AMD FX 8120 (not the best around but the best AMD has for the price+8 cores)

- Corsair Tx 650w ( very good psu, no problems)

- Crucial m4 128gb or 64gb (reliable+fast, just depends on how much space you want)

- ASUS M5A97 or ASUS M5A99X (the M5A99X has better build design, more features, more recent chipset, etc. - I would recommend getting it if you can spare the extra $50 due to having a more recent chipset which will help when upgrading cpu in the future, but the less expensive one would still do a good job)

- nvidia gtx 560 or 560ti ( I would recommend getting nvidia due to the fact that they have CUDA cores which can be used by certain programs to offload work from the cpu to the gpu and help with CAD and stuff)

- ram and disc drive are fine although you could probably find cheaper ones out there

- for a cooler I would recommend either hyper 212+ or hyper 212 evo- both provide good cooling at a low cost and would allow for pretty decent overclocks (i would suggest evo despite the cost increase if you plan on doing any decent overclocking)

Basically, get a good cpu cooler to overclock, I would use Nvidia for CUDA cores, and possibly better motherboard. Oh and for monitor I would suggest just 1080p, very common and good display.
