New build, advice/criticism welcome :)

Hey guys, im planning to make this build

CPU: Intel E8400
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L (Already have)
Graphics card: Nvidia 9600GT (Already have)
Ram: Corsair 3gb total, http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Product/27140/Corsair-memory-2GB-TwinX-XMS2-6400-C4-DDR2 and 2x512 sticks I already have.
HDD: WD 250gb http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Product/11009/Western-Digital-250GB-Caviar-SE16-SATA-II-300
PSU: No idea :S

I already have a case and optical drives which I will use, this PC will be used for gaming mainly, but not expected 1000000fps on high settings ofcourse.

Lol, sorry I dident make it clear in my post, I just wanted someone more experienced than me to see if this build would be compatible, and wether the parts I chose are ok ^^, ie incase there might be a different part marginally more expensive but outeperforms my chosen part or is more compatible.

Also, do you mean this PSU? http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Product/31042/Corsair-PSU-650W-CMPSU-650TX-ATX12V-v2-2--5-year

I also have another question, is it ok for me to use my old memory modules with the newer ones in the board? I already tested them in the board and they work fine, but Im not sure if it is ok to use the newer and older ones in the same board.

Does anyone have any comments about the CPU and RAM I chose? Would I be better off going for a quad core? Is the ram I chose fully compatible with my motherboard?
