New build, advice very much appreciated

Hey. I would very much appreciate any advice on a new build I will be purchasing as I am pretty much a noob. It will be used for playing poker plus maybe some occasional gaming (but nothing too fancy). I can probably cut down on some of this stuff, but I have some money to spare and I would like to get a pretty good machine. This stuff is 835euro in my country, I could go up to 100euro more (counted 50 more for memory).

Anything that I am missing (maybe some extra cooling needed)? Anything incompatible?

I won't be buying parts from newegg fwiw, just linking from there for ease.

An i7 is a total waste of money for what you're doing. An i3 would be plenty, and an i7 has no advantage over an i5 for your purposes.

If you want to do any decent gaming that money should go into the GPU instead. If you just want to play poker you shouldn't even buy a GPU. What is your monitor resolution

The PSU is also overkill. Any quality 500W is plenty.

You also haven't included the cost of windows.

Do you need a monitor? Speakers? Mouse? Keyboard?

Monitor resolution is 1920x1080. I would also like the option to have 2 monitors at some point.

I may only do some gaming from time to time, but nothing much, maybe trying some games. Would that make this GPU not required?

I already have all the peripherals needed, such as monitor, mouse and keyboard.

the HD4000 on the CPU is good enough for poker/desktop use and very basic games at low settings/resolutions. Not at 1080p though Any idea what games?

The HD7850 would be a good card for modern games at high settings, and is really as low as I would personally go. Going from an i7 to an i5 should save you that much, and it would be a huge difference in games.

Again though, kinds depends if we are talking big game hunter/flight Sims/counterstrike or battlefield 3/skyrim/crysis
