Hi, im planning to build a new intel based system, here is the spec
Intel Core i5 4430
Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS2H-A
Apacer 4Gb x 2 PC 1600/12800 Black Panther DDR3
Inno 3D GTX 750 TI OC 2GB DDR5
Cooler Master G 500W A/EU Cable

What im asking is

    1. Is the motherboard supports the CPU? i've read some motherboard supports the CPU since a certain version. Is this motherboard supports 4430 right out of the box?
    2. How about ram quality? should i get a better one?
    3. Is this PSU good?

I want to play today's games such as AC:Unity, BF4, GTA5, COD:AW and maybe AC:Victory at most 1080p @ 60 FPS
This build costs about 700$ and that is my limit.
Also for the case, im choosing a local brand case and it supports an optional USB 3.0 port, i've been looking for an internal usb port but it sits in a drive bay, can i get this optional header that can be hooked up natively to my case?

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks before :)

This is a very basic build with window to future upgrades. If you're that unwilling to go through an additional 60 dollars, pick the r9 280X or r9 280.

IMPORTANT
This is not a final build and is not thoroughly reviewed/benchmarked/researched for performance-over-money. This is a template for you to see, learn, or perhaps even use as a starting point to your build.
It is always best to get shit done on your own, rather than to be dependent on others. So go researched and ask questions about your build; but know that nobody in the world could satisfy you besides yourself.

Glad I could help...But please, I just can't stress it enough that you should study on your own and ask questions out of curiosity. Don't rely on what some random person on the internet might say. Just know it's not their money so they won't give you 100% best performance per buck per quality.
