New build all complete, now what?

Passed boot test. Do I install Widows-7 next or the CD's that came with the Mobo, and other components? Seems to be a lot of opinions as to what comes next. I don't want to end up with a lot Try-me programs I didn't ask for!

Asus M5 A99X EVO R2.0 combo
Corsair CX600M
32 Ram (4 x 8)
2TB HHD
1TB HHD
MSC Afterburner HD 6450
DVD R/W/burner
Zip 250 internal Drive(will probably remove this once I remove data from 50 zip drives)

You can't install other programs until Windows is installed.
When you run the driver CD, choose a custom install so you can only install required software.
