Approximately what percentages should one aim for a new build for NON-gaming use please? If possible, need a full tower and the new Ryzen 3000 with X570 Motherboard. Budget around £1800-2000.

Percentage of the budget for each part. i.e. 20% to CPU / £300 to CPU etc... This is for full new build WITHOUT hard drives (I have 8 of these), no RGB.
