I just build a new pc. With a
msi 970A-G43 mobo
amd Fx 8350 black edition
+ cooler master evo 212
8gb kingston ddr 3 memory
1tb seagate harddrive
Ms tech 550 watt power supply
Ati radeon hd5470 video card

Now the system start fine show bios and everything but as soon as I want to instal win 8.1 or win 7 its keep randomly give me errors an blue screen I managed to instal windows 8.1 once but when i was installing video driver it gives me blue screen window 8.1 ran into a error an resets. I build many pc in the past but all based on intel, I have the idea the windows doesn't like amd.

Maybe someone else got an idea to fix this and get it stable?

could be your power supply isn't big enough so try getting a 750 watt, because looks like everything else is in order. if it continues one of your hardware pieces isn't supported by the motherboard

normally my blue screen issues come when my gpu gets too hot, so that might be it, could be power supply like foothe said, evga, seasonic or xfx psus are very good. amd processors run very hot so that 8350 could be adding extra heat and if stuff is a little crowded the gpu could heat up very easily with stock cooling.

since it isnt the power supply I would go back to the blue screen thing, because for me that's usually a gpu issue, make sure your gpu fans and stuff are coming on and that it is properly cooled because they shut down automatically when overheated, now that I look at it that gpu you have is 6 years old so that may very well be an issue
