new build amd to intel

im making a new build and I need some help

the new parts

Intel Core i5 8400
ASRock z370 Mobo
8gb ddr4 3200mhz ram from G.Skill
Cooler master Hyperx 212X (newer version)

and a 250gb ssd for better windows boot time
gtx 1050ti msi 4gb edition

older parts
AMD FX 4300
8gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram
1tb hard drive (keeping)
Gigabyte Mobo

should i upgrade to this for gaming and streaming and will i notice a huge difference in everything i do
going towards gaming and streaming

Yes you will see a massive improvement in all things cpu. The i5 8400 will vastly increase your frames and make game streaming much easier.

should i wait for the 2018 boards to come out so the prices will drop?
