Hello. This is my first time building a computer, so I appreciate any help and patience offered.

Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bZLYnH

The power supply isn't exact, but it is an Antec EarrhWatts 650 watts.

I have secured the motherboard, installed the processor with Arctic Silver 5 between it and the heatsink, and hooked up the necessary wires except the SATA cables. SATA devices are also removed from power for now.

I am able to enter BIOS and poke around, and use Windows memory diagnostic tool via flash drive.

When trying to install windows 10 64x, it goes through Loading Files, then shows the bios image screen with a loading wheel. A few seconds in, it freezes.

I have plugged in my SSD, which has win10 installed, but for my older PC so I don't expect it to work. If it helps, doing so yields a BSOD Machine_Code_Exception.

Where do I start? I haven't changed any of the voltage and timings for the memory or CPU, and don't quite know how to begin with.

My plan was to run it at stock settings, or whatever the mobo could easily configure for me.

After checking the plugs multiple times, testing single modules of RAM, and lastly switching to SSD in boot order, this system no longer turns on, not even a fan twitches. Didn't mess with any voltages or timings, so I don't know what I did to kill it.

Hopefully Gigabyte can help me out.
