Back in 2015 I built my current PC around an ASRock Extreme4 99M, i7-5820K, and GSkill F4-2666C15-4GRR and it's been a very reliable build. I limit myself to the baked in OC abilities of the BIOS...no in depth OC tweaks. For this build I've had it running at 4.0 for years.
The time has come to upgrade, I'm looking at the ASrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 9 MB, i7-9700K, and GSkill 4x8GB (4133) F4-4133C19Q-32GTZKKF RAM.
Any known issues with those components? I've tried to find unbiased reviews of comparable boards from ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte...but they all seem pretty much the same. Considering ASrock again simply because this is the first time I've run a board for 3 years without any issues, same with CPU and RAM brand.
Don't care about lights and all that stuff, I use VR, can't see any of it.
