I could use some help picking parts, could somebody please recommend a build based on my preferences?

Budget Range: $600 to $700.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Microsoft word, learn programming.

Are you buying a monitor: no

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I would prefer the parts to be from newegg there having a bunch of sales because of black Friday and cyber Monday.

Location: U.S.A.

Parts Preferences: i would like either an ivy brige i5, or an FX 8320. i would like either the GTX 650 Ti or GTX 660, budget permitting.

Overclocking: Possibly, budget permitting.

SLI or Crossfire: No.(Maybe in the future)

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920 by 1080

Additional Comments: I would prefer for it to have a wireless card but I'm not sure I do not have a problem with using an Ethernet cable if its not with in the budget.

Why I Am Upgrading: New experience and I need a new computer so I figure I'll build it myself.

I will also be looking to upgrade in the near future I will not be needing a lot of space because I'm not looking to SLI or Crossfire so I could go with a smaller case but I still want the motherboard to be ATX. I would like to be playing most games on high settings like borderlands 2, Counter strike Go, and other games like guild wars 2.
Thanks in advance. :D
