Question New build Asus a320m-k AMD Athlon220ge won't start

Hello,
I just finished building this PC config :

1. Procesor AMD Athlon 220GE 3,4GHz, Socket AM4, Box
2. PRIME A320M-K, Socket AM4
3. HyperX Fury Black DDR4 8GB, 2666MHz CL15,
4. S700 Pro, 128GB, SATA 3, M.2 2280

My PC won't post, power on. The led on the mobo does not light up when power supply is connected (24 and 4 pins plus the outlet power cable). Tried connecting another power supply from my daily driver, still no leds light up. Power button does nothing.
Is my motherboard dead on arrival?

You need a processor that works with an earlier BIOS version to flash the BIOS to a version that works with the AMD Athlon 220GE (Version 4207)

The led that lights up in this video around 6:16 should turn on when I plug my power cable regardless of processor bios compatibility right?

No led turns on on my motherboard.

Solved : updated bios at the shop and now the mobo leds light up and working well.
