So, When I launch my pc and watch a video or talk with my friends on discord I get this crackling sound in the background and sometimes it gets even a little distorted. I have tried everything in properties from updating drivers to changing format etc, basically everything they said online. I have also checked that all my cables are plugged in they way they should be, I have also increased the vddg to 0.900v and 1.000v and it helped a little bit, but I still hear the crackling, built my pc yesterday.

I have got the same issue and it is bothering me a lot. I tried all versions of bios, latest realted drives, even added high quality ASUS soundcard (thinking it was coming out of realtek on-board card), nothing...the crackling is still there. The only way to reduce the noise a bit is when I select the SILENT mode via MSI Dragon utility, but then system performance is heavily reduced. I fear it is something to do with CPU fan (I've got box version) or System fans. Very strange, first time I have this issue. I am using a pair of JBL active speakers, listen to music a lot and really can't support this static noise at all! Any help is appreciated - I am even thinking of sending the motherboard back and taking another brand.
